Health Insurance

Gold Star FS offers medical, dental, and vision plans to support you and your dependents' health needs. There are multiple health plans with a choice of deductibles to determine the right plan for you. We also offer a Health Savings Account (HSA) to save for healthcare events. A variety of other voluntary benefits are also offered to provide employees and their families the coverage they need, such as life insurance, disability insurance, and more!

Clothing Program

We want our customers to recognize our best resource which is our employees. Employees are provided with clothing to wear to represent our company. For jobs that require safety shoes or boots, we offer a boot reimbursement program to help offset some of those costs.

Pension

Employees can retire confidently with our fully-funded pension plan that an employee (or spouse) can never outlive, with a monthly benefit at retirement once vested. Our pension is designed to replace over HALF of your income so you can rest easy in retirement!
